Alyssa Kayson is looking to rent a house for the summer and is checking out Mr. Smith’s property. When she arrives, he has her take off her sexy high heels before taking her through the house so they don’t track dirt everywhere. After they tour the house, they take a seat to discuss the rent, but unfortunately it is a bit under her budget.
